For us, there is nothing more disorienting than jet lag. We travelled for about 14 hours and arrived in Itami at 5 am BC time. it really does mess with your brain.

We use the app Ride with GPS often to create routes suitable for cycling. Today the route is excellent taking us down quiet small roads through pretty areas with traditional homes.

This week is a very busy time in Kobe due to a number of holidays converging in Japan as well as China, Korea and Taiwan. This results in high hotel prices and low availability…plus it leads in to the weekend. So we have booked 3 nights in Kobe and 2 nights in Takamatsu which will take us to Monday. Hopefully next week things will get back to normal.
Today's ride: 40 km (25 miles)
Total: 40 km (25 miles)
