Perito Moreno Glacier to El Calafate

I make do with drinking mate this morning as I have nothing else except pasta, and I'm not cooking pasta for breakfast. It is a bright sunny morning, almost too warm for the thermal vest, fleece and downjacket I wear. I thought the road would be quiet but already at 07.30 there are cars and tour-buses rushing to the park. Supposedly, early is the best time for photos of the glacier with the sun still in the east. Fortunately, when I set off, the traffic is all oncoming and doen't bother me much.

It takes two and half hours cycling back to Calafate with a light tailwind. The rest of the day I have been thinking of the way ahead.
