About

It is almost 30 years since my first cycle tour visiting countries that were only a few years earlier behind the Iron Curtain and have used the bicycle as a mode of travel ever since.

I lived in London many years then a decade in Oslo. Today I live near family on the northeast coast of Ireland by mountains which rise up from the sea where I go hiking sometimes as an alternative to cycling.

Currently I am away for 3 months cycle touring in Patagonia.
