Tafraout: Salama Hotel.

We only rode 8 miles today so we had plenty of time to walk around town. We stayed two days because we wanted to visit the painted rocks. The hotel was nice and right on the square- Salama Hotel $30/ night.

And, of course, you'll probably be met by this persistent rug dealer as you ride into town. Martha bought 2. One of them is that beige one near the bottom left of the photo.

This actually shows the entire ride from the previous day- from Ajgal Guest House. All we did today was the last 8 miles-pretty flat.
