Essaouira: To the coast

We took the bus from Marakech to Essaouira. I'm glad we didn't ride it because from what I saw from the bus it was flat and rather uninteresting. The ride from Riad Cannelle ($80) to the bus terminal was easy even in Marrakech traffic. There are bike lanes on most of the busy roads. We went to Riad Aaramby- I don't know if we would have been able to find it without Komoot.

Inside the riad. This is the general layout for all the riads- an open center square. Very seldom are there windows that open up to the street. All the windows open up to the center area.

These strawberries were gorgeous and big. I think they are prettier than they are sweet.
