Down to Stormsriver

We started the day with an out and bike ride down to the mouth of the Stormsriver where there 2 suspension bridges that cross over the mouth of the river where it joins the Indian Ocean. It was a beautiful day for the ride with nice sun a warm but not hot temperatures. To get to the bridge it was about a 1.5km walk each way.  The second part of the ride leaving the eastern cape for the western cape took us down a used road that was closed to cars. It was 7km down a rough road and back up 7km in a beautiful new road. According to our guide the road difference just shows the distance between the 2 states in prosperity. We are in some holiday homes in Natures Valley for the next 2 nights.

Our accommodation for the night.

These 2 baboons wandered through the property only to be chased by the staff. J&R had their room door open and the baboons tried to enter but ran off when they saw Robert.
