Last day of this tour

Since I have been in Cape Town before and we can’t use the gondola on table mountain because the winds are too high I decided to stay around the hotel in Bantry Bay and just chill out.  The winds are steady at 55kph/32mph gusting to 95kph/55mph so not much wonder the gondola is closed.  I wasn’t interested in hiking up and down Table Mountain nor schlepping around town with a group.  I wandered around a bit but frankly I have had enough of the wind so I did some laundry and relaxed until we went out for our last dinner as a group.

The gang that hiked up and down Table Mtn, 5 Canadians and 1 German. The total hike was 14.2km with 965m of climbing.
